Daniel started his involvement in the fitness industry since moving to Hong Kong from Vancouver. He always had a passion to help others improve the way they look and feel, and improve their overall quality of life by achieving their fitness goals. Since becoming a personal trainer, he has helped a number of client lose fat, gain lean muscle mass, and to achieve a generally improved fitness level.
